Our payment was submitted automatically to the state for the 3rd quarter. I can see it on the state's website but the form needs to be filed. Where do I find the form in Quickbooks online? We are using Payroll Core if that matters. I just have to say the desktop version is so much easier.

It's good to have you here, djsta5.

I'm here to make sure you can locate the MI UIA  1028 form in QuickBooks Online.

In QBO's new payroll interface, you'll see a reminder for unpaid taxes including, SUI. You can click Review on the reminder to see what taxes they are and to declare that you've paid them. The process is the same for paying taxes via an E-pay service.

I've added screenshots for your visual guide:

After recording the payment, click Filings and choose Quarterly forms, then select MI UIA 1028 form.

That's it! Following the instructions should help you file your form.

I'll be around if you have any additional questions about filing forms in QBO. Keep safe @djsta5
