Where do i go to print older w2s

Let me make it up to you by ensuring you'll be able to print W-2 forms in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

Printing previous years' W-2 depends on how you pay and file your federal and state payroll taxes. If we handle your taxes and forms, simply follow the steps below:

1. Open your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Select Taxes, then click Payroll Tax.
3. Click Filings, then go to Annual Forms.
4. Select 2020 in the period dropdown.
5. Click View on the W-2 form. 
6.  Once done, click the Print icon on the Reader toolbar. Then, select Print again. 

On the other hand, if you paid and filed the form manually, you can refer to the instructions below to print it:

1. Select Taxes, then choose Payroll Tax.
2. Go to Filings, then select Archived Forms.
3. From the period dropdown, choose 2021.
4. Select the W-2 copy you need.
5. Press View to open Adobe Reader in a new window.
6. Select the Print icon on the Reader toolbar. Then, select Print again.
