Thanks for posting here, @genglish-wfigrou.

I'll walk you through verifying the two small bank deposits made by QuickBooks.

If you want to locate the two micro-deposits made by QuickBooks, you can find them in your bank statement.

However, if your goal is to verify your bank account in QuickBooks using these micro-deposits, this depends on whether it's a QuickBooks Payments, Checking, or Bill Pay.

For QuickBooks Payments, you can follow these steps to verify your deposits:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and click Account and Settings.
  2. Pick the Payments tab.
  3. Look for the bank account from the list and click Verify.
  4. Enter the two microdeposits made by QuickBooks.
  5. Review the info and complete your request.

If you're referring to the QuickBooks Bill Pay service, you can follow these steps to verify the account and micro-deposits:

  1. Go to the + New icon. Then, Pay Bills.
  2. You can see the bank name and account number. Then, click on Verify this account.
  3. Enter the amounts of the deposits, and you're all set.

If it's QuickBooks Checking, feel free to go along with the instructions below:

  1. Select QuickBooks Checking from the Lending & Banking tab.
  2. Choose Verify Bank. Some banks don't require verification. Then, you can select Add to connect it.
  3. Enter the two micro-deposits by QuickBooks. The order doesn't matter. Once done, select Confirm.
