Just to confirm, are you trying to set up payments for invoices and get paid? If this option turns missing I'd suggest running QuickBooks Online on a private browsing mode. The browser may have been interrupted by unknown internet files that make the Get Paid button in QuickBooks Online (QBO) disappear.

 

You can open any supported browser and then follow their keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N.

 

Once done, check if you can see the Get Paid button. If you're able to see it using a private browser, switch back to your regular browser and clear its cache to remove the outdated files in the cache that cause small problems in your browser.

 

Alternatively, you can run QBO on another supported browser like Chrome.
