Your employee will receive their payroll check based on your direct deposit lead time. For QuickBooks Online (QBO) Payroll, go to your Payroll Settings to check your funding time. Also, federal holidays affect direct deposits.
Here's how:
Go to the Gear icon (⚙️) and select Payroll settings.
Scroll to the Direct Deposit section to see your funding time above your direct deposit limits.

In case your employee doesn’t receive their money the day after the pay date, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Support to request a direct deposit trace.
Follow the steps below:
Go to the Help icon to connect to a live support agent.
Provide us with some information about your concern.
