Where is the export function for payment record from QB payroll to QB online ?

You can see the export option from the Payroll Settings in your Quickbooks Online (QBO) account. I'd be glad to guide you through the export process.

First off, you'll want to set up your payroll preferences if you're using Standalone Payroll Products. Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon, then select Payroll Settings.
2. Select the pencil icon beside Export.
3. Choose QuickBooks Online and select Continue. 
4. Select the company you want to export into and choose the accounts for each wage expense or liability.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish the setup. 

Once done, you can now export your payment record to QBO. Let me guide you how.

1. Go back to the Payroll settings page.
2. In the Export section, choose Export transactions.
3. Click Export to process.
