Where is the Get paid & pay icon?

It's great to have you join us here in the Community, @K Grojean. I’m happy to share some insights and walk you through the steps on how to see the Get paid & pay icon in QuickBooks Online. 

Your default view is based on when you first set up QuickBooks. If you’re on the Accountant view, you’ll see the Sales menu from the left navigation pane. While in the Business view, you’ll be able to see the Get paid & pay menu. Thus, these two functions work the same way in QBO.

With just a few clicks, here’s how you can change your view: 

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online. 
2. Go to Settings.
3. From the lower right part, click Switch to Business view or Switch to Accountant view.
