While processing payroll , wrong account number has given , so the salary amount has been debited from our bank account , but this amount has not reached to the employee

Once you've sent a deposit to the wrong account, you may be able to reverse it to retract the payment. I suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to pull up your account and walk you through the payment reversal process. 

Here's how to reach them:
 

1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner.
2. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
3. Look for I still need a human and click on it.
4. Click Get help from a human or Contact Support Team.
5. Select between Send a message, Schedule an appointment, or Get a callback.
