Question

While Running Payroll, we try to edit a check with Pencil Icon and get: "Not supported yet."

I have tried contacting customer service but have not gotten very far. They told me "This is a know issue that the developers are working on." I have figured out I can edit the check right before the submit payroll phase however it resets all Payroll Export Preferences!? (We download our payroll into Quickbooks desktop.) Has anyone else seen this? The work around is to re-map all export preferences but this is kind of a pain.. The old Intuit Online Payroll worked great , being forced to this new untested buggy system is very frustrating.  This is one of two major bugs we are hitting in our first week of using the new productthat the answer has been "This is a know issue that the developers are working on."

I appreciate you performing some troubleshooting steps and reaching out to our Customer Support team to fix the issue. 

 

The investigation has been resolved already. With that, you should have the fix when editing a check. Since you're still experiencing the issue, please give us a call. We'll have to check your account in detail. This way, we can figure out why you're still having this problem.

 

Let's follow the steps below to contact them:

 

  1. Go to Help at the upper-right corner.
  1. Click Contact us.
  1. Enter a short description of your concern. 
  1. You can then choose how you want to start a conversation by choosing Chat, Callback, Call us.

 

Before you contact our Support Team, let's try to check that your export preference isn't set to export to desktop.

Called customer support today for same problem.. NOT resolved.. They could not fix it.  My export preferences are set to "Export to Desktop" because that is what we do..
