Who's Working

Hello, Hrstar.

I understand how important it is for your company to print the Who's Working list to be used as an accountable list during fire drill activities. I'll share some information about this feature.

The Who's Working feature shows which employees or team members are currently working. Printing the Who's Working list isn't possible.

As a workaround, you can create a separate spreadsheet and manually add those employees who are currently working. You can also read this article for more insight about this feature: How to use the Who's Working window in QuickBooks Time.

You may also consider printing their timesheet for that specific period by going to the Reports and selecting the Payroll report.
