Why am I charged for additional employee's? I have two myself and one other.

Please know that there's a per-employee or usage fee for QuickBooks Payroll subscriptions. Specifically, each employee who is Active or On paid leave status will be charged $6/month for Core, $8/month for Premium, and $10/month for Elite.
