Why am I not able to enter payroll information on my "RUN PAYROLL" screen?

I see you're wanting to input payroll data on the Run Payroll page, @angie89. Let me provide some insights and help you rule this out.

 

When you attempted to enter the information, did you receive any error messages? If so, kindly provide us with more details about the error. In doing so, we can investigate it further and find a great solution.

 

I tried doing it on my end and I was able to enter the payroll information. There's also no known issue about it currently. In this case, I suggest performing some basic troubleshooting procedures. 

 

Let's start by doing it using an incognito window. The old cache might be causing this issue in QBO. Here are the shortcut keys to open them:

 

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Option + P

 

If it works, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache and cookies. If not, try using another supported browser.
