Why are charges submitted not placed in the order they were submitted?

Thanks for becoming part of the Community, jimmbu-aol-com.

 

While on your All sales screen or a particular customer's profile, you can re-sort your transaction list to display in different orders. This can be accomplished by clicking the column (DATE, TYPE, CUSTOMER, STATUS, etc.) you want to sort by. It will then change your list to an ascending or descending order based on the column you used to sort your list.

This could be why your list isn't displaying in an order you'd prefer it to. You can use the appropriate columns to sort your list how you'd prefer it to look.
