Why arent some of the projects showing up for time management?

When our crew member go to clock in and put it under the customer project, the project does not show as an option.

Currently, there's an ongoing issue about customer name or project not showing on the Customer/Project field for time management. Rest assured,  our engineers are investigating and working on an immediate fix. For now, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support. Through this, you'll be added to the list of affected users. 

 

We can follow these steps to get in touch with one of our specialists:

 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Contact us.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

 

Once you've been added to the list of affected users, you'll receive all updates about this investigation through email.
