Thanks for posting here in the Community, @bryanbroussard19.

I understand how important it is for you to seamlessly access your business trips across different devices. Your mileage information from the QuickBooks mobile app should automatically reflect when you open your account through your web browser. Let's troubleshoot this together to ensure everything works as it should.

It's possible that a browser-related issue or an outdated cache is causing QuickBooks Online not to load properly. To address this, let's start by opening your account in a private window. This will allow QuickBooks Online to start with a clean slate. Here are some keyboard shortcuts to access an incognito window on supported browsers:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

After successfully logging in to your company using the private window, head to the Mileage page. If your trips appear, I suggest clearing the cache on your regular browser to clear any outdated files. Alternatively, you can also use other supported browsers.
