Why can’t I finish up the tax process

When processing taxes in QuickBooks Online, you'll want to make sure to enter all the necessary information in the required fields. If the error message still occurs, you can access your QBO account using a private or incognito window.  This will help you determine if this is a browser-related issue. Here are the keyboard shortcuts: 

• For Firefox or Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
• For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
• For Safari, press Command + Shift + N.

If you're able to process your taxes successfully, you'll have to go back to your regular browser and then clear its cache to delete the accumulated junk files. Alternatively, you can use a different browser to further isolate the issue.
