Thank you for taking the time to post here in the Community forum, gkindelin.

I'd like to ask additional questions about what's stopping you from opening archived payroll forms. Is there an error on your end? Or you're unable to click the View button? Either way, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to achieve your goal for today.

Let's start by accessing your QuickBooks account using a private or incognito browser. Here's how:

  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Safari: Press SHIFT + COMMAND + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.

Then, access your forms from there. The steps to view and print tax forms will depend on how you file them in QuickBooks. Please use this article and go to the View tax forms section. Then, choose QuickBooks Online Payroll and follow the instruction: Access payroll tax forms and tax payments.

If this works on a private browser, go back to the default one and clear its cache and cookies. Choose your browser below to see the detailed steps.

After clearing the cache, make sure to restart your browser for changes to take effect.

It still didn't work, you may have missed archiving the payroll forms after filing them in QuickBooks, I recommend contacting our Live Payroll Support Team. They'll pull up your account and retrieve them.
