Why can't we access the 2021 archive of employee w-2's?

Since you're unable to find them in your archived forms, I suggest contact our Customer Support Team so they can take a deeper look into your account. Here's how: 

1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner. 
2. Press the Contact Us button. 
3. Give a brief description of the issue and tap Let's talk. 
4. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback.
