Question

Why can’t you fix your app? I’ve complained for weeks now. I keep getting transaction notifications when they are turned off. Where are your “engineers” ?? Vacation?

Transaction notifications are in the hundreds. I don’t want them. I want the notifications I’ve checked boxes for only. I’ve complained for weeks

I'll help you do anything with QuickBooks. I can see how annoying it is to have hundreds of notifications on our phones. Receiving notifications also brings benefits. It will help us to be updated on all of our business activities.

 

With this, I'd recommend sending feedback to our engineers. This way, our designers will find a solution to this matter. So moving forward, you'll only receive notifications that you've checked in the settings. This way, your overall experience in QuickBooks will enhance. 

 

Here's how:

  1. Click the three bars located on the upper left pane. 
  2. Select Help and Feedback
  3. Choose App Feedback and type your concern in the box. 

 

Comments can also be submitted through a browser. Follow these steps:

 

  1. Log in to your account in the browser and go to the Gear icon on the upper right side. 
  2. Select the Feedback tab.
  3. Enter your suggestion in the box and click Next

 

To follow up on your feedback, you can go to our Customer Feedback status for QuickBooks. This page is also where you may vote and give comments for any future suggestions.
