Let's make sure you can run the Profit and Loss report, zak-h-us1logix-c.

 

Sometimes, your browser is full of frequently accessed page resources that cause some unusual responses. You can log into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in a private window (incognito). Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).

 

Once signed in, double-check if you can already run the Profit and Loss report. If so, return to your default browser and clear the cache to speed up the loading process.

 

There are times the cache becomes overwhelmed with older data which can potentially cause viewing and performance issues. Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with a clean slate. You'll also want to switch to other supported browsers.
