Why did I get charged a transfer fee of 78.55 when I wasn't warned of this? I decided to go with quicken checking to save money and now its costing me more!!

The bank charges processing fees for any transactions it incurs in the system whether it's a payment or transfer. You'll want to verify those charges, I suggest reaching out to our Payment Support so they can validate those transactions and charges. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment.
