Hello there, wirenutskh.

Upon investigating your report, I have observed a modification in the homepage of the chosen users in the QuickBooks software. The latest update includes enhanced customization, allowing users to add or remove widgets from the dashboard, rearrange their positions, and resize the widget dimensions. This feature offers more flexibility and personalization options to users.

The appearance of the widgets on the dashboard may change in your case, as you mentioned. This could be because the dashboard is not yet customized. To customize it, you can follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online.
  2. In the home screen, select the Customize Layout tab in the upper right corner.
  3. Then click the add or remove widgets option.
  4. You will be routed to the Customize your dashboard page, then you can checkmark the widgets that you want to show on your dashboard.
  5. Then once done, click Save.

You mentioned that the dashboard appearance changed and the layout was like the desktop view. I recommend using a private window that does not store temporary files. You can open an incognito window by using specific keyboard shortcuts:

Safari: Press Command + Shift + N

Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: Press Ctrl + Shift + N

Google Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + N

If this solves the issue, you can also clear Intuit-specific cookies to refresh website preferences that may be causing problems when using QuickBooks Online.

After you have completed the setup, you can check out the available resources that will help you manage your transactions and accounts with ease:
