I can help you with fixing the payroll transactions that didn't show up, @nwheelermovewell.

As long as the payroll has been processed successfully, it'll be saved and can be accessed on your QuickBooks Online Payroll account. You'll want to use an incognito window and check the payroll transactions from there. Incognito won't save your browsing history which can result in an error. You can also use other supported browsers to learn what browsers need for the best experience when using QuickBooks.

Here are some shortcut keys to access a private window:

  • Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once signed in, review the transactions again. If it shows, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If the transaction is not found there, we can run some payroll reports in QuickBooks Online. To achieve this, go to the Reports menu. Then, select the desired report from the Payroll section.

In addition, you can pull up the audit log to see if the transaction was deleted. Please check these articles on how to check and re-enter it:

You're welcome to post your reply here if you have other questions about managing payroll in QuickBooks. If you need help with any other transactions, let me know and I'll help you out again.
