Hello there, sjrick. I see you're encountering issues with the spacing in the address lines of your employee W-2 forms.

Let's double-check first if the employee's address is entered correctly in their profile, with the proper spacing and punctuation. If the issue persists, let's update your Adobe Reader/Acrobat to the latest version or repair your Adobe installation. Most printing problems in QuickBooks Online can be resolved by doing this.

If you've updated to the latest Adobe Reader/Acrobat version and it hasn't fixed the problem, you'll need to repair your Adobe installation.

  1. Close Acrobat/Reader and all open web browser windows.
  2. Select the Start button at the bottom left of your screen.
  3. Type Control Panel, then press Enter.
  4. Select Programs and Features.
  5. Select Acrobat or Adobe Reader, then Uninstall/Change.
  6. In the Setup dialog box, select Next.
  7. Select Repair, then Next, and choose Install.
  8. When the process is complete, select Finish and restart your computer.
  9. Log back into QuickBooks Online, then try to print the W-2 forms again.
