Why does my mileage tracker automatically turn off.

As an initial step, we can clear the app's data to optimize its performance. Stored caches might be why your phone automatically shuts down upon doing the task.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Menu icon and tap Help & Feedback.
2. Select Refresh Data.
3. Tap Refresh to confirm.

Also, you'll want to open your QBO through a web browser and perform the transactions again.

If the issue persists after trying out those steps, we can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Doing so doesn't delete any of your app's transactions. Thus, it lets you start with a clean slate.
