Why does quick books say they have support hours on Saturday?

Before anything else, may I know what specific assistance you need? I can answer some general questions or concerns you may have about QuickBooks. 

Our QuickBooks support team is available on Saturday from 6 AM to 3 PM PT. If you want to get in touch with them, you can follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Click the Help button.
3. In the QuickBooks Assistance chatbox, select Talk to a human and choose I still need a human.
4. Select Contact Us.
