Question

Why doesn't my state tax due show up in ToDo list

Seems like the migration from Bank of America and Intuit Online Payroll to Quickbooks Payroll messed up my Florida State payroll (reemployment) tax (RT-6) setup.  Now Quickbooks thinks my RT account number is invalid.   Anyone else see this issue and know how to get Intuit to fix it?  Everything was fine before I was forced into Quickbooks Online Payroll.  Thanks!

Welcome to the Community, @idf_e601e0bd-a2d.

We understand the importance of keeping your business running smoothly. I'm here to help you log in to your payroll account.

To get started, we can try accessing QBO via a private browser. This doesn't keep data in its cache and saves the pages you have previously visited, and it's a great spot to check for browser issues. Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox ).
  • Control + Option + P (Safari).

If it works, let's clear your browser's cache to delete temporarily stored files and free some space on your browser. You can also use other supported, up-to-date browsers to be thorough.

If you're still getting the same issue, I'd recommend reaching out to customer support. They can check and trace the cause of this error for further investigation.

To contact our payroll support here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company. then tap Help (?) at the top right.
  2. Hit Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  3. Enter your questions.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us. Start messaging or Get a callback.

I’m also adding an article that contains resources to help with your payroll tasks. To view the complete guide, make sure to click the link of the topic: QBO Payroll.

We can run a payroll report to check if the amounts are accurate in your QBO. Also, I encourage checking your employee's and payroll taxes page for reference. There, you can read some of our great articles and learn some tips for managing your payroll.

Leave a post below if there’s anything that I can assist you with your payroll account. I’m always here to help. Have a wonderful day!
