There used to be a box that you could check if the trip was round trip. Now it is gone? How do I get it back?

Good day to you, @TBsP.

The round trip option can be selected after you've saved your trip in QuickBooks Online (QBO). This way, if ever you've made a mistake, you can simply delete the round trip instead of the whole trip. Let me show you how.

  1. Log in to your QBO account.
  2. Go to the Mileage menu.
  3. Select Add trip.
  4. Enter the details of the trip and click Save.
  5. Click the More drop-down menu and select Round Trip
  6. Make some adjustments if needed then click Save

You can also see this link for more details: Set up mileage tracking and vehicles in QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, you might want to utilize this article for future reference: Automatically track mileage in QuickBooks Online. This consists of steps and tips on how to keep track of your trips seamlessly.

Tag me in your reply if there's anything else you need help with recording your trips. I'll be here to lend a helping hand. Have a good one!

Thank you it worked .  It would be nice if it was on the screen when you enter the details like before.
