Why has my transfer from an envelope to my main checking been pending for 2 weeks?

I'm here to share some information about moving funds into your QuickBooks checking account.

 

On average, it takes 3-5 business days to move money into your checking account.

 

Since the money is still not in your account, I'd suggest reaching out to our Customer Support team. An agent can investigate and guide you on how to receive the funds.

Hey! So I reached out to customer support and they left me hanging for over 40 min. All they did was verify it was a system error and they needed to pass me over to someone else in another department. 40 min of waiting with no hold music or ringing later and I hung up. The customer service rep was still logged into my screen share and everything. The money is still pending on my account. I did another transfer with zero issues too. I'm concerned I'm never getting my $50 back. This company is starting to feel shady to me.
