Question

Why is my are all my employees not sinking from payroll to my register every week since December which makes my books incorrect! I have to call every week only me?

To verify my understanding, what register are you working with? For example, is it an account register in your Chart of accounts? Also, have you noticed any error messages when employees don't sync into the register from Payroll?

 

If you have any screenshots of what you see on your end, these can also be helpful for me to better understand the situation.
