I'll help check why your IRS payment hitting two accounts, @ak33.

 

You'll want to view your payroll settings to see the accounts. Let me guide you how.

 

  1. Go to Gear.
  2. Select Payroll settings.
  3. Tap Accounting under Preferences.
  4. Scroll towards the Tax Liability Accounts and Other Liability & Asset Accounts section.
  5. Change the expense account to a liability account.
  6. Click OK.
