Question

Why is my renewal rate significantly more expensive than on the public pricing page

QBO Essentials is currently advertised at $291 / yr (after the 50% discount expires).  However, my renewal rate is $645.  More than double?

QBO Essentials -- it's gone up $200 for me in 3 years!

I should clarify - the pricing concern is the "global" product of QBO

Chat support (as directed by the Intuit response "shedding more light on the issue") was rather frustrating.  Obviously outsourced to non-native English speakers following a script and have no context clues.

Seriously looking for alternatives at this point
