Why is my screen going blank when I click "pay" for my 941?

I've looked into your concern and found out that there has been a reported issue about the QuickBooks screen going blank when paying for 941 tax payments. Right now, our engineers are all hands on deck working together for a fix.

 

While they do, I suggest reaching out to our support team so they can add you to the list of affected users.

 

To reach them, follow the below steps:

  1. Go to the Help menu at the top.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern in the description field.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Select either Start messaging or Get a callback.
