Why is pay period is incorrect on paychecks?

I can help you update the pay schedule to correct your future pay period on paychecks, Cheri67.

 

Here are the steps to accomplish it:

 

  1. Go to the Payroll tab and select Employees.
  2. Select the employee.
  3. Go to the Employment details section and select Edit.
  4. From the Pay schedule drop-down, select the pay schedule for the employee moving forward.
  5. Select Save.

 

Also, you can delete and recreate the paycheck to update the pay period if it wasn't submitted yet.
