I'll lay down some solutions to help you view the payroll overview page.
We haven't received any reports of loading issues with the payroll page yet. Do the pages or content on all websites take a long time to load? You'll want to check your internet connection to determine if there are any problems.
If this only occurs on QuickBooks Online Payroll webpages, you may experience a cache-related issue that prevents the page from loading. While working in QuickBooks, a simple corruption or too much cache stored on a browser can cause unexpected behavior like this. To rule this out, let's go through some troubleshooting steps. To begin, use an incognito or private browser to access your account. The shortcut keys are as follows:
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Edge: Shift + CTRL + N .
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Safari: Command + Shift + N
If it works, you can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. This is to refresh your browser and remove the files that are interfering with the product performance. Alternatively, you can isolate further by using another supported browser.
