Let me share some information about why you're unable to withdraw funds, @kevin-reifenviro.

If you are trying to process direct deposits, Intuit will send an email to the Payroll Admin listed on your payroll account which includes a specific return code and explains everything you need to know. We recommend checking for an email from Intuit about an unsuccessful direct deposit or payroll debit with a return code.

If you received one, visit this article to determine the code and what to do next: Understand the ACH (Automated Clearing House) return code reference chart. To avoid this, make sure to have enough money in your bank account to cover your direct deposits, tax payments, and any other payroll-related fees at the time you send payroll, contractor, or electronic tax payments to us.

If the issue persists I suggest contacting our Payroll support team for further assistance since they have the necessary tools to examine closely your account in a secure environment.

Furthermore, once you're able to run payroll, QuickBooks offers several reports where you can view useful information and keep track of your business. I've added this article for future reference: Run Payroll Reports.

You can always inform us if you have any other concerns regarding payroll. Remember, we are here to ensure that everything is taken care of. Just inform us. Have a great day ahead!
