Question

Why is Quickbooks mobile not loading? I can't access any quick actions, my business tab doesn't even load, and sales are non existent. How can I fix this?

I've tried resynching, hard closing, and even turning the tablet itself on and off. What else can I do to try and fix this? The app works on the phone but not on the tablet.

You can fix most app-related issues with the following troubleshooting processes:
 

  • Try changing your Wifi data connection on the device to 4G (varies by device).
  • Close and restart your app. You can also try connecting to other Wifi networks.
  • Clear app data by going to Settings, Apps, QuickBooks, Storage, then select Clear data.
  • Power down and restart the device.
  • Uninstall and reinstall your app.
