I understand that it's crucial to address your payroll tax concerns as soon as possible, @narzisolopez36-g. I'm here to help you with that.

When QuickBooks prompts you to review an email, it means that there is important information or an action required regarding your payroll taxes. To resolve this issue, I suggest that you check your email inbox, including the spam or junk folder, to see if you have received an email from QuickBooks about payroll taxes. Sometimes, emails may be filtered incorrectly or delayed, so it's essential to check all folders.

On the other hand, it's possible that your payroll settings are configured for automatic payroll tax payments. In this case, QuickBooks may have already processed the tax payment on your behalf, and the email notification you mentioned could be related to that.

To verify if your account is already set up for automatic payroll tax payments, I recommend checking your payroll settings preview. Here's how you can access it:

  1. Log in to your QBO account and go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Payroll Settings.
  3. In the Taxes and forms check if the Automate taxes and forms box is selected.

You can also refer to this article for more details: Pay payroll taxes electronically or manually.

Just in case, I'll also add this article that tackles E-filing issues: Troubleshoot efile or epay rejection issues.

Please come back and keep us posted on your progress in processing your payroll taxes. I'm determined to get this resolved. You have a good one.
