Hey there.

I know how valuable everyone's time is and how crucial it is to pay taxes on time. Making sure your taxes are filed on time is our primary focus in QuickBooks Online Payroll.

I'd first advise you to double-check the payroll service you're using. It enables us to offer precise instructions for fixing this. How to do it is as follows:

  1. Choose Account and Settings by going to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Payroll, then Billing Subscription.
  3. You can see the payroll plan you're utilizing in the Plan details section.

We can also check if Automated tax payment and form filing feature is enabled.

Here's how:

  1. From the Gear icon, select Payroll Settings.
  2. Select Edit under the Taxes and forms heading.
  3. Mark the box that says "Automate taxes and forms" with a checkmark.
  4. When finished, choose Save.

In addition, you can run additional payroll-related reports. It enables you to view data about your company and employees.

Feel free to come back here whenever you need assistance with your payroll account or other issues. Have a great day!
