Federal Taxes (941/944) are due on 2/11. I understood that these are paid quarterly. Any help is appreciated.

It's my pleasure to answer your query, kwlowe62t-outloo.

QuickBooks is just sending reminders that you’ll see in your Inbox, To Do lists, and Pay Taxes page. You'll want to settle your tax payments on or before the said due date.

You can follow these steps for your reference:

  1. Go to Taxes and select Payroll Tax.
  2. Select the Payments tab.
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to complete your tax payment.

However, if you see a payment in red on the Pay Taxes page, it's overdue. You can make late payments to the IRS, but some states will block you. You may need to contact the state to make the payment.

I've added this article for a complete reference on paying taxes ad filing forms: Pay and file payroll taxes and forms in Online Payroll.
