WHY IS THE STATUS SHOWING THE EMPLYEES WILL BE PAID ON 11/15/2021 THEY SHOULD BE PAID TODAY

Customers who haven't run payroll before 5 p.m. on Wednesday appear to be the ones who are affected. If the clients are qualified for same-day payment, the employees should get the money today at 5 p.m. Otherwise, customers will have to wait until the next business day.

Our engineers are aware of this and are working to resolve the issue. While this is being taken care of, you can also tell your staff to keep an eye on their pay today.

To keep you updated, you can follow the steps:

1. Visit our QuickBooks Status Board.
2. Click Subscribe and Status.
3. Enter your email and click Subscribe Via Email.
