How do I see the paycheck of a contractor?

Let's make sure you'll be able to add your employee and guide you where you can locate your contractor's paycheck, myreliablehomeca.

 

Are you trying to invite your employee so they are added to the Workforce? What is the error message that the employee is getting? You'll want to let your employee use a different browser if they're reporting this issue when using Internet Explorer (IE). Once done, you can resend the email invitation and check if you're able to add them successfully. 

 

If not, I recommend contacting our support team so they can validate if this is an ongoing issue or investigate this further. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment. Here's how to reach them:

  1. Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
  2. When asked by the bot, enter your concern.
  3. Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
  4. Choose either Chat or Callback.

 

In relation to this, if you want to locate the paychecks that you've created for your contractors, you can go to the Payroll menu and select the Contractors tab. I've added a screenshot so you'll be guided visually:
