Let's check to see if it's a browser-related issue. Press CTRL+SHIFT+N, access your account, and then try e-filing the form again.
If you can e-file the form, you can go back to your main browser and clear the browser's cache. Accessing your account using a different account can be an option, too.
The NJ-W-3 form will need to printed and mailed, as the state hasn't made available electronic filings via QuickBooks. You'll want to print the form and then mail it to the state agency.
