Use the incognito mode or private browsing when opening QuickBooks Online (QBO) to check if this is a cache-related issue. Thus, the webpage is preventing the online program from producing the form.
Here are the following steps:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
After that, go back to the payroll center and bring up the form. If it's working fine, proceed with clearing the browser's cache. This process will optimize the QBO experience. If you're still getting the same result, use the supported browser and pull up the form from there.
