To verify my understanding, are you currently using payroll services with Bank of America and plan to switch to a subscription that's compatible with QuickBooks Online?

If so, you'll be able to activate payroll services with Intuit while signed in.

Here's how:

1. In your left navigation bar, go to Payroll.
2. Access the Employees screen.
3. Click Get started to initiate a new subscription.
4. Follow your onscreen instructions to finish creating the account.
