Workers' Comp setup screen doesn't load

Setting up a new employee and I just get a blank screen when clicking the "start" button to set up the workers' comp info

To check if this is a browser-related issue (cache and cookies), I recommend signing into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) using a private browser (incognito). There are times that the browser is already full of frequently accessed page resources, causing some unusual responses like blank pages.

 

Here's how:

 

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).

 

Once logged in, try to load your employee's setup. If everything looks good, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
