Workforce error

So I have an employee that still is not able to get setup with workforce.  I have invited her several times and still she is getting the following: "Looks like you don't have Workforce" and to contact employer.  This is for desktop enhanced payroll and yes I have updated my payroll.  Still not able to get her on.

Since you've already tried to invite your employee multiple times and the error is still occurring, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team for further assistance. They'll be able to review your account with a screen share tool. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu. 
  2. Tap the QuickBooks Desktop Help option. 
  3. Press the Contact Us button/hyperlink. 
  4. Enter your question and hit Let's talk
  5. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback
