Providing employees easy access to their Workforce account streamlines the process of viewing paystubs and W-2s, OfficeBoss2020. I can help you reach the right support to address the login issue.

We'll review the employee's information to identify the reason for their inability to log into Workforce after the email address change. It requires us to gather some information to access the account.

With that said, I recommend contacting our Payroll Support Team for further assistance. Our specialists have the necessary tools to determine what's causing the log in issue and will assist you in implementing a permanent fix.

Here's how to contact us:

1. Open your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) and head to the Help menu to select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
2. Click the Contact Us button and type a brief description of your issue to select Continue.
3. Log in to your Intuit account and tap the Continue button to proceed.
4. Select Continue with my account.
   *If you don't have an account, make sure to Create a new account.
5. We'll email you a single-use code.
6. Enter the code and click Continue.
   *If you have more than one account, choose the one you want to use and then Continue.
7. Select to chat with us or Have us call you.
