There's no assurance that we can get the bookkeeper you want once the contact has ended. However, you can still schedule an appointment with another bookkeeper to help you.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
2. Go to the Live Bookkeeping menu.
3. In the Document and Request Center under the Request tab, select the request you want to view or enter comments on.
4. Choose the Comments field. You’ll see any new comments from your bookkeeper here.
5. To post a new comment, enter your message and click Post.
