Solved

"You need to complete or delete the last tax payment you made before creating another one." - I can not delete a e-payment. Already paid for it through EFTPS.

Open the payment and save it on bottom right. There is a kind of quasi state, which it goes into without telling you, when you just click the link on the dash board.  Make sure you check the box to say you paid it yourself

Payment is considered incomplete. When you try to make it not electronic, this message appears.
The problem is that after Quickbook created this payment when calculating wages, I updated the account of the current account from which the payment was to be made.
I need to get in touch with QuickBook technical support. But for now, I was only able to send my request. How to get into the chat with a specialist, I do not know. Although once I did it. By chance.

Hello again, ucpex272727.

I want to make sure you get your tax payments recorded in the new account.

Since the bank account is updated and taxes are already paid via EFTPS, our first step is to select the new account to input the payments. This will help effectively track the transactions in QBO.

In regard to contacting our Chat Support Team, you can reach them by clicking on the Question mark icon inside your company. I’ll be glad to walk you through the steps.

Here's how:

  1. Click on the Question mark icon in the upper right hand.
  2. Click on the Contact us button.
  3. Enter you question in the How can we help? box.
  4. Choose Continue.
  5. Next, go to the Message an Agent section, and choose Start messaging.
  6. Make sure to fill in the field boxes.
  7. Once done, select Send message.

For future reference, I've added a link on how to record payments paid directly to an agency or financial institutions.

Thanks for giving me the opportunity to help. Please know that I'm here to help make running your business more simple. Wishing you the best.
